Grand Hyatt 5*Hotel, Goa, India

  • Across 1.5 years first class stone was sourced from locations around the world, cut and installed on site in Goa, to specifications of a leading London based luxury interior designer.
  • Columns throughout the hotel are Indian sandstone
  • Features in common areas include Italian statuario marble
  • All 450+ rooms present unique rough and smooth finished features made in Israeli limestone, the famous ‘Jerusalem Gold’
  • Balconies and corridors throughout the hotel include a mosaic formed from Jerusalem Gold and terrazzo, tens of thousands of pre-cut pieces shipped to India and assembled on site.
  • 30 spa rooms are completed with floor to ceiling Turkish white limestone.
  • Indian granite is used to create visual contrast in various locations.

Mansion on The Peak, Hong Kong

  • Lapis supplied more that 15,000 square feet of Spanish granite for external cladding of this impressive home.
  • Specialist finishing was applied to the stone to help protect against the effect of Hong Kong’s tropical climate.
  • The exotic stone was selected for its unique colour and uniformity of texture and appearance.

Concordia Plaza, TST East, Hong Kong

  • Indian ‘Star Galaxy’, black granite was used by Lapis in dramatic fashion across 150,000 square feet of exterior cladding, throughout the atrium, lift lobbies, columns and fountains.

Luxury Home Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong

  • Lapis provided ‘book matched’ Italian Venetian marble for the master bathroom, stairways and walls throughout the house.
  • White crystalised glass was used in flooring and combined with Chinese Brown St Lauren marble inlay to striking effect.
  • Lapis also supplied the semi precious mother of pearl used to create custom made dining tables.

100 QRC, Central, Hong Kong

  • Lapis applied and installed specific Indian granite for the lift lobbies, walls and floors of the grade A commercial building in Central Hong Kong.
  • Different Indian granite is used for external cladding across the podium level.

South Horizon Residential Development Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong

  • Lapis brought ‘tan brown’ Indian marble throughout the lobby and lifts, providing contrast to the ‘jet black’ granite that was cut to a unique profile as per the designer’s specifications.
  • Indian jet black can be seen in the wall, floor, mouldings and handrails.

Bachelor Pad, Mid-Levels, Hong Kong

  • In the master bathroom Lapis deployed premium Italian Statuario
  • In the guest bathroom porcelain wall tiles and quartz countertops offer performance and appearance without high cost.
  • Chinese marble was deployed in two unique flooring formats, as grey travertine with the appearance of cement and in mosaic creating the impression of three dimensionality.

Wu Chung Building, Wan Chai, Hong Kong

  • In this case Lapis provided more than 10,000 square feet of Indian mahogany granite , cut to size for comprehensive cladding of this well known mixed-use building in Wan Chai. Man Yee Building, Central Hong Kong

  • In one of Lapis’ earliest projects 15,000 square feet of Imperial White Indian granite was used lift lobby walls, atrium walls and floors.
